Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Continued use means you accept these Terms and any updates we publish.

2. Marketplace role

We provide a marketplace for Telegram-related assets such as channels, groups, advertising placements, bots, and Mini Apps. We are a platform intermediary only. We do not own, operate, or control user-listed Telegram assets unless expressly stated.

3. Strictly prohibited content and activity

You must not list, buy, sell, promote, transfer, or otherwise deal in any asset or content that involves:

• Pornography, adult sexual content, or sexually explicit materials
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services
• Fraud, scams, phishing, malware, hacking tools, or stolen accounts/data
• Hate, terrorism, violent extremism, or content that encourages crime
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Selling, buying, or promoting pornographic or illegal content is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, listing removal, and reporting to authorities.

4. Cooperation with legal authorities

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Where required by law, or where we reasonably believe illegal activity has occurred, we may preserve, disclose, and provide account data, listing data, messages, payment records, IP logs, and related information to legal departments, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other authorized legal bodies without prior notice to you.

5. User responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of everything you list, post, upload, message, sell, or buy. You confirm that you have all rights needed to transfer or monetize any Telegram asset you offer on the Platform.

6. No liability for content or transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any content created, listed, shared, sold, or purchased by users
• We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers
• We are not liable for failed transfers, fake stats, misrepresentation, or third-party Telegram actions
• We are not liable for payment errors, blockchain network issues, or incorrect USDT transfers
• We are not liable for losses, damages, profits lost, data loss, or legal claims arising from marketplace use

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Escrow payments & payment protection

Payments use a safe escrow model:

• Buyers pay USDT TRC20 to the official Telegram Market escrow wallet — not directly to sellers
• Funds are held by Telegram Market during the transfer process
• Seller payout is released only after the order process is completed
• You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct escrow wallet address
• We may reject incomplete or fraudulent payment proofs

Escrow reduces direct-payment risk, but the Platform is still not liable for blockchain network issues, user mistakes, or third-party Telegram actions.

8. Enforcement

We may remove listings, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, cancel orders, and refuse service for any Terms violation, including pornographic or illegal activity, with or without notice.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from your content, listings, transactions, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
